Welcome to CoachOyin, a personal performance and leadership development brand created to help professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations move from potential to measurable performance.

CoachOyin is led by Oyin, a multidisciplinary performance strategist, certified management consultant, project management consultant, leadership coach, and business development expert with over two decades of experience across project management, process improvement, consulting, people development, sales, and organizational performance.

With more than 13,000 professionals trained, Oyin has worked across sectors including oil and gas, telecoms, banking, construction, consulting, and corporate services. Her client exposure includes leading organizations such as NNPC, Chevron, MTN, FirstBank, and other top institutions.

Her work sits at the intersection of project excellence, process improvement, leadership effectiveness, business growth, and team performance. Through coaching, training, consulting, and mentoring, she helps individuals and organizations identify performance gaps, improve execution, reduce waste, strengthen leadership capability, and achieve sustainable results.

MY EXPERIENCES

Oyin has an outstanding track record as a project management consultant, performance coach and organizational improvement strategist. As a program manager and consultant, she forms strong working partnerships with clients to ensure that customer interests and business objectives are achieved in a practical, cost-effective and sustainable manner.

Her work has included the implementation of a Project Management Office, improvement of operational excellence, enhancement of team performance, reduction of organizational waste, improvement of performance culture, and the management of construction-related projects in Port Harcourt and Lagos.

Driven by the growing need for cost effectiveness, lean operations and better execution, Oyin has supported organizations with project management, process improvement, leadership development, team performance, business development, customer service and professional effectiveness solutions.

She has worked across information systems, oil servicing, training, consulting and business development environments. Through her work with JK Michaels and Leadpoint Africa, she has contributed to professional development, corporate training, sales growth, coaching and performance improvement for individuals and organizations.

Her strength is her ability to connect strategy with execution, people with performance, and learning with measurable results.

Oyin’s professional credibility is built on years of multidisciplinary practice, consulting experience, training delivery and leadership development work.

She holds advanced qualifications and certifications in leadership, management consulting, project management, lean process improvement, business development and coaching. Her learning journey includes project management, Lean Six Sigma, leadership development, business and life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and performance improvement.

Her career journey reflects consistent growth, from project coordination into senior leadership and consulting roles, supported by strong performance, practical results and a passion for helping others succeed.
